Our Process
1. Fill out the form below.
2. Once we receive your information, your assigned representative will contact your office to answer any questions you may have, provide you with a dental scrap jar, and coordinate the submission of your scrap directly to our refinery.
3. If you have dental scrap ready for submission, we will email you a Fed Ex label and schedule Fed Ex to come by your facility to pick up the scrap. We cover shipping costs.
4. We will process your scrap and send you a check in about 7 to 10 business days.
